Dr. Nazmul Haque Robi

Dr. Robi, by training and profession, is a medical professional. He is currently the senior consultant and head of the department of Oculoplasty at Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute and Hospital. Dr. Robi is the senior-most Oculoplastic surgeon in Bangladesh and the main driver in raising oculoplasty to the level of excellence at the Islamia Eye institute. He is a renowned teacher and mentor and spent more than 4000 hours in lecturing and mentoring, guiding and training more than 300 ophthalmologists.

Despite his colorful medical experiences, he takes a deep interest in human development, poverty reduction, and social motivation for change and transformation. He has been a part of different initiatives aimed at empowerment and creating livelihood opportunities of the poor people.
